The hard work required to build our bodies provides daily opportunities to reinforce our inner strength. We develop discipline through consistency, we test our dedication as we force ourselves to keep going, and we become competent as we train. Most importantly, we gain confidence as we seek to improve ourselves, test ourselves, and confirm, time and time again, that we really do have what it takes.
